Well, I finished my demo, and have since uploaded it to the internet. I was working on my website to showcase the demo when I accidentally overwrote www.ben-powell.net so you can check it out there.
BenPowellMedia.com hasn’t come through yet, so if there’s anything you think I should change, I still can! Let me know!
If you’re too lazy to go there, you can see the demo on vimeo here:
This dude grabbed clips of people playing instruments on YouTube and mixed them together to create songs. Freakin’ amazing. This one is my favorite so far. Check out more here. Thanks Killmon for linking me to it!
So another indoor test with the Jag… yes, this was before I dropped my camera. There was no extra lighting other than what was naturally in the kitchen. What’s interesting is the different color temperatures of the lights from the stove side to the sink side of the kitchen.
Anyway, I’m definitely lucky to have a Mom that cooks so well.
PS, don’t you love my crappy music editing? I should have just faded it out… haha, oh well.
So I was working on this video which required me to rock out awesome-style in Rockband… I put my camera on it’s little tripod thing on my piano, which i guess was shaking ’cause I was rocking out too awesomely. Then it plummeted to the floor… so you can see the aftermath.
I do want to point out 3 things though:
1) My stick twirling is awesome
2) I was obviously going to wreck that song
3) I’m an idiot.
